Q: What is semi-permanent eyebrow makeup?
A: Microbladed eyebrows are a form of semi-permanent makeup where I use a manual handheld tool to create fine, hair-like strokes that mimic natural eyebrow hairs. The technique involves implanting pigment into the upper layers of the skin, enhancing or reshaping the appearance of your brows.

Q: How is this different from traditional tattooing?
A: Semi-permanent makeup uses finer tools and pigment that fades over time, giving a softer, more natural look compared to permanent tattoos.

Q: Will my eyebrows look natural?
A: Absolutely! Your brows are custom-designed to suit your face shape, bone structure, and natural hair growth.

Q: Is the procedure painful?
A: Most clients describe it as mild discomfort. I apply a numbing cream to make the process as comfortable as possible. 

Q: How long does it take?
A: The first appointment takes around 2.5-3.5 hours, including consultation, shaping, and the procedure. Touch-ups take about 1-1.5 hours.

Q: Where is the best place to park?
A: Finding my studio is easy to find, the closest parking lot is on Colagate and the address is Golden Dog Ln, England's, Norwich NR3 1HS.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

Q: How should I prepare?
A:

• Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and also avoid aspirin and ibuprofen, as they are pharmaceutical blood thinners.
• No tanning or facial treatments 1 week prior.
• Arrive fresh faced to your appointment ensuring your eyebrow portion of your face is makeup free.

Q: Can I do this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
A: Afraid not! It’s best to wait until after pregnancy and breastfeeding are over. Your safety (and your baby’s!) is my top priority, and because of a lack of evidence, this treatment isn’t recommended during this time. Don’t worry, I'll be here and ready for you when the time is right!

Q: Can I bring inspiration photos?
A: Yes! We’ll work together to create a shape and colour you love keeping in mind that I will use my professional judgement to do what is best for you.

AFTERCARE & HEALING

Q: What is the aftercare like?
A: Aftercare is absolutely critical to getting the best healed results from microblading. Poor aftercare can lead to fading, patchy brows, or even infection. A detailed guide will be provided upon your booking.

Q: How long does it take to heal?
A: Initial healing takes 7–14 days, but full healing can take up to 4-6 weeks.

Q: Will they scab or peel?
A: You might notice a little flaking or peeling — that’s totally normal! Just let your skin do its thing and try not to pick. Letting them heal naturally helps your brows look their best in the long run.

TOUCH-UPS & LONG-TERM CARE

Q: Do I need a touch-up?
A: Ultimately this is up to you but in essence , the answer is yes. A touch-up 4-8 weeks after your first appointment is essential to allow me to infill any hair strokes where needed and consult you on any other follow up questions that you may have. Please see my prices regarding booking your free touch-up.

Q: How long will my brows last?
A: Results typically last 1–3 years, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Q: Will they fade over time?
A: Yes, the pigment will naturally fade little by little — that’s totally normal. To keep your brows looking fresh and defined, I recommend booking a touch-up once a year (or as needed)!

 TROUBLESHOOTING & CORRECTIONS

Q: What if I don’t like the results?
A: Don’t worry — you're fully involved every step of the way! We start with a detailed consultation and carefully map out your brows so you can see and approve the shape before we begin. Plus, your touch-up appointment is the perfect chance to make any little tweaks to get them just right. Not only am I in the business of brows, but I am in the business of making clients feel confident and beautiful, connecting with you and making sure I exceed your expectations.

Q: Can you correct old tattooed or microbladed brows?
A: In many cases, yes! A consultation is required to assess if a correction or removal is needed first. Please go ahead and book a consultation for me to see what your brows have going on! I will give you all the guidance and advice you need to get your brows ready for their new Miclobladed transformation. 

 PRICING & POLICIES

Q: How much does it cost?
A: £330-380 depending on option choses.

Q: Is the touch-up included in the price?
A: Absolutely! Your first touch-up within 4–8 weeks is included to make sure your brows look perfect. Most clients only need this one session, but since everyone’s skin and healing are unique, additional touch-ups can be done if needed at £90 per hour. If I think you might benefit from more than one touch-up, I’ll chat with you about it during your consultation or appointment — so we’re always on the same page!

Q: What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
A: In the event of cancelling or moving your appointment as a new client (2.5-3.5 hr appointment slots) within 1 week of your procedure you will lose your deposit In the event of cancelling or moving your 4-8 week or annual top up within 48 hrs you will incur a fee of £50 to rebook. If you do need to reschedule your appointment within these time frames, please be aware that you may do this twice whilst transferring your deposit. Beyond this you will incur a new booking fee.

Q: Do you offer consultations?
A: Yes, I do! Consultations are an important first step, so please be sure to book yours to get started on your beautiful new brows. I’m really looking forward to meeting you!
