In the event of cancelling or moving your appointment as a new client (2.5-3.5 hr appointment slots) within 1 week of your procedure you will lose your deposit

In the event of cancelling or moving your 4-8 week or annual top up within 72 hrs you will incur a fee of £50 to rebook.

If you do need to reschedule your appointment within these time frames, please be aware that you may do this twice whilst transferring your deposit. Beyond this you will incur a new booking fee.
